Your own private operations system,
priced simply

A one-off setup and a flat monthly fee. One price for your whole organisation — never per record, never per person stored. The figures below are starting points.

Indicative · UK · no VAT applied · not a contractual quote

Setup — one-off

Scoping your workflow and building your stack — your branded portal, your automations, your own isolated data store — and going live on your own domain.

Monthly — flat managed service

Hosting on dedicated UK hardware, your in-portal assistant red, backups, security and support. It does not move with how much data you hold.

Every tier

What every client gets, whatever they pay

The difference between tiers is the level of managed service and compliance — not whether your data is properly isolated.

A dedicated, isolated stack

Your own database, not a shared table. One client’s data is physically unable to reach another’s.

UK-resident data, encrypted at rest

On dedicated hardware red-route runs, with an encrypted second box as warm standby for backup and failover.

Access only through your own domain

Your portal, your partners, your logo. No red-route address ever appears in a partner’s browser.

red-route as your data processor

Under a data-processing agreement, with documented security measures, signed before you go live.

red, your in-portal assistant

Answers questions about your own data from a local model on the box. Your data never goes to a third-party AI, and is never used to train one.

The honest part

What you are actually paying for

red-route costs more than a shared, multi-tenant charity or ops subscription — the kind that runs somewhere in the low hundreds a month for everyone on the same database. It should. You are not renting a seat on shared software; you are getting your own system, built for your workflow, isolated on dedicated UK hardware, hosted and maintained for you, with a local AI assistant. One private system in place of a patchwork of subscriptions and spreadsheets.

Honest about the hardware too: the box is red-route’s, not yours. We run it, encrypt it, and stand behind it as your processor. What you own is the system and your data; what we carry is the infrastructure, the security and the responsibility.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Are these prices fixed?

They are “from” figures — a starting point, not a rate card. Because each system is built around your actual workflow, we confirm the exact number with you directly before anything is agreed.

Do you charge per record or per person stored?

No. Add-ons are metered on activity — extra partner logins, extra automations — never on how many records you hold. Charging for stored records punishes good record-keeping and quietly inflates the bill as your history grows.

Why does the safeguarding tier cost more?

Because safeguarding-grade data carries real duty of care: per-client encryption, an audit trail, an enhanced SLA and the data-processing agreement those records demand. It is the level of managed service and compliance, not a bigger computer — and not because the data belongs to a charity.

What is the commitment?

A 12-month minimum initial term, then rolling with 30 days’ notice. Billed monthly in advance, or save 10% by paying for the year up front.

What does setup actually cover?

Scoping your workflow, building your stack — branded portal, automations, your own isolated data store — and going live on your own domain.

Is there a discount for early clients?

Yes. red-route is young, so early clients join at a founding rate, held for the length of their first agreed term, as our thanks for coming on board early.
