This website
We sell private infrastructure, so it would be odd to run a marketing site that quietly watched you.
This website sets no cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, session recording or advertising scripts on this site. We do not know who you are or which pages you read.
Loading a page here contacts no one but this site. Typefaces are served from our own domain rather than a font CDN, so your visit is not disclosed to a third party in order to render our headings.
Two things reach an external service, and only when you deliberately use them: submitting the contact form sends what you typed to Formspree, which forwards it to us by email; and the “book a call” link takes you to Cal.com, which then operates under its own terms and privacy notice.
Data protection
Two different relationships that are easy to confuse, so worth separating.
If you contact us we hold your name, organisation, email address and whatever you chose to write, for the purpose of replying to you and discussing the work. We do not add enquiries to a marketing list, and we do not sell or share them.
Where an organisation uses the red-route platform, that organisation is the controller of the records in its portal and red-route Ltd is its processor, under a data-processing agreement signed before go-live. Those terms are agreed individually and are not covered by this page.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our holding it, by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
This page covers the company and this website. It is not the data-processing agreement that governs a client’s own records — that is agreed with each client directly, before anyone logs in. See security & privacy for how that data is isolated, encrypted and hosted.
